Since its establishment in 2000, Eurosupply has been part of the wholesaler chain Servicegrossistene. The chain has delivered stronger growth than the industry as a whole and is today one of Norway’s largest players in the foodservice market, with more than NOK 5 billion in revenue in 2025.
The owners are now taking an important step forward by bringing all their ownership interests together under a single corporate group structure that will own and develop all businesses within Servicegrossistene, including Eurosupply AS.
The goal is to strengthen competitiveness, enable faster decision‑making, and create even better collaboration with customers and suppliers. At the same time, we remain locally rooted – with the same company name, the same management, and the same close presence with our customers.
This unified group structure will ensure more professional and coordinated management of the wholesale companies, while local operations and responsibility are maintained. This will better equip the group to succeed in a market that demands flexibility, competence, and sustainable solutions.
The changes will take effect once approval has been granted by the Norwegian Competition Authority. Until then, the group will continue to operate as it does today.
